Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
